| Im not experienced in the matter Dulcie but Id just let them get on with it to be honest. Only under supervision to begin with and obviously separate if they're doing serious damage to each other, but more than likely your older cat will have a good old tantrum and the younger one will learn to leave them alone |

| Tips for potentially integrating cats? I have one 10 mo old cat very well manners & polit & one grouchy 10yr old cat that was taken away from her mama to you & had a bad experience with the senior (deceased) cat when she was younger Whenever the 10 mo old comes near the (see through) barricade the grouchy one growls The younger kitty is very sure she want to make friends but isn't pushing the issue, the grouchy one acts scared of the kitten For background when the grouchy one was still small she was hit over the held by the elder cat |
