| It's not a legal requirement to offer lunch breaks. Worked at too many pharmacies as an intern where there were no mandatory lunch breaks. Legally, if there's no pharmacist on duty, the pharmacy can't be open...Per state law. So. No lunch break for the pharmacist. Line must go up. |
