Honestly, I don't really get panic attacks too often. I'd say I get more anxiety than I do with panic attacks. I would worry about the most simplist thing ever, for example, if I fail or pass a test. I would also get anxiety when I take a test even though I studied. another thing is i'll worry about wether if I forgot to do something before my parents get home so I would just end up cleaning the whole entire house from head to toe. I'm questioning if I actually have adhd though, i'll have to get it checked out.. |
