| I was watching some show and they were talking about using tilapia for cleaning up water because they literally eat anything, so they are basically garbage disposals. That is all I can think of whenever my husband eats it lol |

| Just brine your salmon or whatever you want to candy in a brown sugar and salt brine for 24hrs ish, then take them out and pat them dry and then air dry them in the fridge for 3 hours, and then we smoke ours, but if you dont have a smoker you can bake them at a super low heat for 7/8 hours, make sure youre basting them every hour with a maple syrup/soy sauce glaze |
