Honestly, I don't really get panic attacks too often. I'd say I get more anxiety than I do with panic attacks. I would worry about the most simplist thing ever, for example, if I fail or pass a test. I would also get anxiety when I take a test even though I studied. another thing is i'll worry about wether if I forgot to do something before my parents get home so I would just end up cleaning the whole entire house from head to toe. I'm questioning if I actually have adhd though, i'll have to get it checked out.. |

Definitely try what everyone else suggested. Maybe a doctors visit won’t be a bad thing. Better to be safe than sorry. |

Ivy, that can also happen if you are on a high Protein diet. I get hyper panic attacks and have to have a small bowl of soda crackers and warm milk or some noodles with warm milk, butter and salt and pepper. Just enough carbs to calm your system. |

It could be worth getting it checked. It could be a number of things. If you’ve eaten and drank, it’s not anxiety or panic then it could just be something that happens or it could be medical. |
