| But I would say the cap did kinda help the smaller stables like myself get a leg up/ closed that gap that kept the LB so expensive, now I'm pretty rich in horses and ebs |

| Ooh ok, I think I joined a week before the cap happened but due to school I wasn't on for the fallouts, or long enough to know the bigger players |
