| Most at home tests detect HCG starting around 20ppm I think is the measurement. It should have shown up within that first week or two if the tests weren't faulty >.> |

| My boys are both IVF babes. I got my first positive with my first baby 6 days post transfer (3 weeks 4 days pregnant) and my current pregnancy showed the faintest line on day 3 that I missed and noticed day 4, so 3 weeks 1/2days |
