Im a little dog convert surprisingly. Always used to say the bigger the better, and I will always have a very soft spot for rotties, but a (well trained!!!) small dog is so much more convenient and they really can be lovely. Paddy's about 8 kilos- I can stand in the pub with a drink in my hand and have him sitting on my other arm to keep out of the way. Norm's not big by any means but he has to sit between my feet

@rain I'm more interested in the Swiss White Shepherds. More laid back and sweet. More of a therapy type dog then sheep protection. lol
TopGun Elites
chiwawas are my LEAST favorite. i wil never ever EVER own a chichi. or any brachycephalic dog
Oakmoss Stud
yeah +1 on that Min, I have mals and have plenty of exposure to aggressive/reactive types, but I have zero desire to make my life harder by working with more of them lmao
Rain Plains
White Shepards are great. We have two in the neighborhood that are the sweetest things and so well trained
Snow Stable
@mav lol They can do damage if they really wanted to, but most won't. Now, little dogs are another story...

i have no fears anymore regarding dogs, especially aggressive dogs.
TopGun Elites
i love dogs so much, the bigger the better the smaller the more annoying
TopGun Elites
absolutely i agree but i dont see german shepherds, dutchies or mals as terrifying anymore. in fact ive volunteered to be the training decoy but people wont let me </3
Snow Stable
@bel Neat! I'd love a dog that could bark on command as if it was a protection dog. And have a very good recall. Full on protection, I don't think I could handle playing that rough. LMAO
