But it's an hour and I told my work I'd be there at 10:30 so thats not going to work 😞 |

I hate unprofessional people lol Had an appointment at 8:30 so I dragged my sorry ass out of bed, and she called when I was 25 minutes into my drive to change the time. |

The saddest part of running a boarding kennel, is when the owners never come back for their dogs. |

We have a separate building that is the boarding kennel. Inside/outside runs, each having it's own door. They all get opened in the morning and stay open most of the day, weather permitting. |

The location I work at we don’t have doors to go out from the kennels. We are more a hands on facility. Our other location we do, so over there we accept dogs who are aggressive towards men, or just the staff |

We have two connected rooms with kennels and one door that leads to an outside yard so we let the dogs out one at a time to go potty then they go back up |

Well we aren't just a dog kennel, we are a full pet store that also does boarding. So we do things differently than regular dog kennels :) |

Interesting, at the kennels I've worked at, we just would open the doors to the runs. There's always someone outside the runs, making sounds the dogs find...interesting. When they go out to investigate, the run door is closed. Different way of doing things I guess. |

Yeah what Ally said. We also don't really have time to wait on him to choose to go out. We have to run the store also |

Witchypoo Not really because he just goes straight to the door to leave not the one to the yard and will sit there or he will start messing with other dogs |

Witchypoo, at kennels enviroments when you run a schedule, sometime that is not possible... worse case, we leave the dog in and see if they want to go out with another group or another time by themselves to go potty if nothing has worked to bring them out |

Is it possible, to just leave the door open, and allow him to choose, to go out ? |
