| I've found using patterned horse capture items and capturing AAs works well for that quest. Since they can't be caught with tobi there's less possibilities and therefore more likely to get sabino |

| Capture TBs with a pattern class. They dont come in Tobi, so that barrows it down quite a bit |

| Luck lol I believe any breed except KNN can have Sb with capturing You can also capture on the beach or use a patterned capture pass to help increase your chances |
