| So if a ytuber I watch makes a video about how they met their partner and tells the story than I make a video retelling that story as how I met my partner, in your eyes, thats not stealing? |

| I mean if you didnt come up with it, and a friend didnt come up with it and specifically give you permission then yes its stealing, someone still had to sit down and come up with those ideas |

| Athena, I honestly agree, stealing ideas from actual writers isn't right. Inspo is fine but full on copying the idea isn't. I honestly believe it's funner to gather raw ideas that you came up with and just roll with it and add things / ideas as you move forward. Using AI or stealing ideas makes writing less fun and it's just copying the original. |

| My sister would go crazy if I stole ideas from someone else, but didn't ask. I remember one time I was writing a story about Officer Tom and then my sister thought I was stealing her character name, Tom Wast. I didn't know she was writing any books since we try to keep that a secret. |
