@Min, I feel like you either love keeping them or hate them. I've never heard something in between.

Ive had chickens, ducks, and turkeys for about 5 years now. I absolutely love them, but I don't have to take care of them. The hubby does all that each day. Haha!

I fucking hate chickens. We had them when I was growing up in various numbers up to about 20 at one point. They just seem to give no fucks about doing as they're directed. Ours kept escaping and taking themselves off to visit various local smallholdings as well

I wouldn't mind trying to keep chickens. Not my go-to animal though.

Jeri I just randomly remembered when you had a bunch of vultures in your attic
Jericho Stables
It's all good. it's been like ten years since lol. And it ended up being a good thing, the front porch ended up on collapsing a year later lol
Tema Farms
Yeah, thought I`d toss a bit of reality around for novelty. XD Most of them I grew (veg garden of nearly 2000 sq ft) but the two Pink Banana (46 lbs for the pair) I bought. I love that squash - massive, with a small seed cavity for it`s relative size, and excellent storage. My fruits generally don`t get processed until February/March. And fantastic flavor to boot. -Click-

A couple of our neighbours have bees so we have plenty of honey around if we want it. I can't stand the stuff unfortunately lol
