| The same ligament went on both knees within a very short time span. One just pinged when I was out for a walk round the village, then a couple of weeks later I was hobbling round turning horses out on mud and the left one went. Never felt pain like it, I could hobble around a bit but if I put my foot down wrong it felt like id broken my leg |

| Keeping muscle up around my joints helps, but there's only so much I can do for my hands. Which is why I invest in medical tape to wrap my finger joints lol |

| Well life requires activity, I work an at times physically demanding job. I have 2 large breed dogs that require walks. Even sometimes sleeping wrong will dislocate my shoulder. My ankles are miserable and I constantly am dealing with joint inflammation. I've hurt my hands just trying to wring my hair dry. |
