| Well life requires activity, I work an at times physically demanding job. I have 2 large breed dogs that require walks. Even sometimes sleeping wrong will dislocate my shoulder. My ankles are miserable and I constantly am dealing with joint inflammation. I've hurt my hands just trying to wring my hair dry. |

| Ironically my joints are better now than theyve probably ever been! I still have the hip issues I was born with, but my knees are doing really well at the moment despite failing simultaneously when I was about 19. Got to be robocop with spring loaded supports for a few months so I could walk lollll. Of course I rode the whole time, just went without stirrups |

| I love my Owala water bottle, anyone else owns one? Mine helped me drinking more water since I like the built in straw so much haha. Got it on sale too since so expensive! |

| Void, yeah the break down in the mid twenties kicked my butt. Been trying to keep myself active but of course cant be super active or I end up broken for a few days haha. |
