I totally undertsand the people who are doing it when they already have thousands or who are intentionally hurting others to gain something themselves. I think I'm with you all there. It's just that making it completely illegal OR shotting people for even being spotted looting, will hurt innocent people. I just think it's a very harsh punishment that can not be undone if it is decided they are innocent. Atleast give them a chance to plead a case.
