| But its not somatic mutation.. in game there was a fake sibling foal that merged with the foal cells you bred creating a chimeric foal. |

| Chimerism is due to the merging of two sibling cells into one of the siblings more or less... while Somatic mutation is due to a change in the dna of one cell after conception. |

| I have a chimera on my other account, which honestly got me thinking why we call them chimeras and not somatic mutations in the game, because a lot of the chimera patterns we have are what would be viewed as a SM in real life |

| I have a ton of roan in my stable but don't mind it. Sabino I am not a fan of. There are only like 2 sabino patterns I am fond of. Sabino gets annoying when it overtakes the coat with white. |
