| Peg I completely agree with that statement. I used to look after seven horses on a farm, and the owner ran a trail riding company and had worked with horses for 30 years. And yet she still abused her horses and was blinded by money making and her own ego :( |

| So all im saying is just crap? All top riders ride horses perfectly? All top riders are so nice to their horses? |

| But I should point out that 'harsh' equipment isn't necessarily harsh. It depends heavily on how it's used. |

| Ash I love her very much, Im so glad I was able to bring her home. A friend of mine brought her to my living room window as the shittest looking yearling you've ever seen just over a decade ago. They had her until late 2023/early 2024, then they had to sell her. I only bought my land a few months later so I couldn't buy her at the time. Then last November I saw her re-advertised purely by chance and thought fuck it let's do it 🤣 She had to go and stay with my friend for a few months so I think she thought she'd just had a weird holiday lol, then I moved her over to mine when my youngster arrived this spring. On paper we've achieved absolutely nothing this past year as we've just bimbled around happy hacking, but its honestly been a dream come true lol. |
