| My boy couldn't have even the 'XL tough' toys, But instead of hard toys (he also has allergies xD) we got these really tough rubber toys, and he loves them! Though, he has graduated to one plush toy and it's still alive xD |

| I do avoid solid chew toys. Unless large bones. Merlin loved the marrow. There's gotta be a balance. Plushies are bad for dogs that rip things apart, and hard toys pose a danger to teeth. Ropes are best. |

| My lab chipped a tooth on a hard chew toy and it was expensive to have it removed. |

| My dog used to be the same way. He would destroy any toy no mater how strong it was. The only toy he was never able to destroy was this green rubber toy shaped like an hour glass. The shape of it didn't let him get a grip on it with his teeth to break it. I have never been able to find one since. This was like 7 or 8 years ago |

| Well, big dogs and little dogs cause that sort of ordeal. You cannot have tiny toys anymore because it's a choking hazard for the bigger one. Try this one: -Click- Merlin chewed and chewed and never got through it. |
