dumb question - I just realized I don't have a scroll bar when I log into my account, but I do have one on the log in page. would this be palette related?
The Old Gods
Yeah, mine's just joint/muscle related. As long as I don't over do things, I'm typically fine
Glacier Bay Cove
Before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I thought it was just a pinched nerve in my right shoulder
El Cuco
Totally get that. Mine started as a joint issue but has become more cognitive. Some days standing that long is a problem, but generally I can still handle it. It's very frustrating though when your body is ready to go but your mind lags behind.

<_> sorry. Was arguing with a case that didn't want to process on the authorization. My issue is joint related, so standing for 8+ hours was a no go

From my quick search, are you talking about the interview with Liz Schatz on The Horse HealthCast?
Boulder Creek
@El Cuco - I'm sorry I haven't read all your conversation and butting in... SmartEquine did an interview with their staff vet and it was very interesting - she has a medical condition that sounds like forced her to end her practicing career but has found a place consulting on R&D for supplements and such. It might be an interesting interview and maybe a contact worth reaching out to

Labs can be difficult when my tremors act up, hence my concerns about practicing medicine. But when they chill out and I have full control over myself, I am able to just say fuck the other symptoms and power through my schooling. I actually thought about doing pharmacy, but I'm so deadset on doing something equine related, and the chances of getting an equine pharmacy job are... Low, to say the least.
