At least living where it gets so cold the air hurts my face, I don't have to worry about stepping on scorpions.

Went to hang laundry last night without shoes on. Stepped on it as it was tucked against the doorframe and floor. Bad day for both of us
Sunstone Elite
Some scorpions at least where I live will blend right into the environment or your floors in your house. Especially at night in the desert it is important to have a black light to be able to see them.
Boulder Creek
Yeah. It was an experience I didn't want to have. Very weird to feel the venom travel from my toe all the way up my leg and my mouth (my water felt fizzy when I tried to drink). It took a bit over twelve hours for my arms to stop tingling.
Boulder Creek
I had a shot of neurotoxin from a scorpion last night - only a couple hours in the er. Still very tingly
Lynx Glory
Mustang Valley Oh wow. Glad I'm not there right now 😠I just hate rain lol. (Sorry rain lovers out there xD) Never had an earthquake where I live, either.
Mustang Valley
Oh. We get them quite often, but they're always tiny. I've never even seen anything moving because of one.
SandWitch Arabians
It appears Washington is also getting a bit of an earthquake as well as rain.
Mustang Valley
And my mare has 4 white socks and shes on pasture 24/7... Or she did at least. Mud season.
Greenheart Stables
We get like a week of cold and then BAM 80 degree weather
