| it's a very nice floor plan and is pretty open. The kitchen is all in the same area which is nice for my knee. Some houses had it all stretched out along a wall |

| It's all paid in full, so I don't have to worry about anything. I've been saving up money for the past few years and they were doing an end of year sale. So I got the house discounted by about 10k. They actually took a loss on it with the improvements the GM ordered on it |
