| Remarks Corporal Mark Carthron was an Arkansas State Trooper who tragically died on September 12, 2005, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident while attempting to stop a fugitive vehicle. He was 31 years old and is remembered for his dedication and service to his state. Carthron's bravery and commitment to duty were recognized by his colleagues and the community, and he is survived by his family, including his wife and stepchildren. |
