| The stopping of eating acidic and fried foods is good I mean, so long as you notice an improvement. IBS is basically the professional way of saying you have stomach issues and we don't know what is causing it or how to explain it. |

| That's good. The FODMAP diet is very specific and hard to follow honestly. I mostly just avoid gluten and excessive sugar, although last time I hate fried chicken it made me sick so I might need to hold off on fried foods. |
