| I think that it something that should be discuss with a health care professional to discuss specifics based on that person's diet, exercise, and level of diabetes. It impacts everyone differently and probably shouldn't be generalized. |

| Neither is really 'hard'. Prediabetic means you can still get your blood sugar down (better diet, exercise, weight loss). Diabetic means much the same with the addition of medication |
