I completely feel that. Thankfully (or not?) I haven't bred a single decent EEE KNN stud, so I haven't had any interference. I just don't often breed decent KNNs and often have dry spells of not producing EEE KNNs at all. Don't think I posted a link, but my EEE filly, who moved her dam up around 3 spots on the boards, was down in Int wk5. And she's my first EEE KNN in about 5ish months. Honestly, I'm just happy that I'm finally breeding EEE KNNs in the first place.

I'm mostly worried that KNN prices will go up more quickly than we can afford. At this point we can certainly raise them, but with so few breeders, and not many who can afford 175k+ LCs, it wouldn't be wise to raise them too much yet.

I've seen a few players have clubs set up and exclusively offer their horses for LC and straws through the club. For KNNs this might be an ideal option until more breeders catch up and are able to pay for higher LCs. Even if players raise the prices of LCs, there isn't any point in raising them if players can't afford to use them.

So far it seems prices have been pretty good, but with KNNs now, at least for the moment, finally on the boards, prices could start going up quickly to meet ABLB prices rather than KNNLB prices.

You have a point there about stud fees Skye, especially as if these horses make ABLB, there will be unprecedented demand. I've already ordered straws from CM and Dim for my ISH & SH accounts, which will be the first time I ever use KNN studs on there.

I also still haven't really matched them yet. All these captures have got me feeling lost in my own barns lol. I'm glad both boys went up in int. That and spd are the biggest killers in my barn.
