Thanks! I like the idea of both but I didn't think those breedings could produce apricot. This whole color thing is kind of new to me and I have yet to completely figure it out. I thought she would have to be bred to a Prlprl for a chance at apricot. Of course there would always be the chance her offspring would be Prlprl correct? Or is that an automatic since she is prlprl? Ugh, so many questions! This is why I think I should brood her out this first month while I figure things out.

OST still allows EEE, I have used him with my color girls and gotten WWs. I would also make an exception especially with an item used if she matches Dominie.

Yes, lots to decide! To my knowledge, none of the ABLB boys have prl - we need one to be bred - but an apricot guarantees you a Prlprl baby, so breeding to the top boys is your best chance at a high rated prl foal. But you're right - you wouldn't directly get apricot this way.
If you're just going for apricot you'll have to do some research on which WWW boys carry prl, as yes, you'd need prlprl to produce another apricot. There's just more risk there for a lower rating. |

There is an AALB WWW boy Skywalker who carries pearl, but he's EE. I think you'll likely have a harder time finding Ee/ee boys than pearl for apricot breeding. |

Lovely girl bijoux, congrats! :D Cora has 2 prl TB boys, and they are EEE req. 1 of them was DTBLB . :) Although I would lean more towards variant if you are trying for apricot. Because the other boy has Ccre. Which will mess up getting apricot. Hope this helps. :) Good luck to everyone on RO! :D |
