Tangle, you're too nice really. They're really not amazing xD And yes Demi, I do doodle and draw a lot. Nearly all of them are unfinished because I rarely hve time to actually finish them and lose confidence pretty quickly. But here are a few that I'm fairly proud of: The last two are the only finished ones xD |

I refuse to let you say this horse is not good. It's ADORABLE and I adore the positioning of the legs, also the forelock is so cute <3 You did a great job with proportions of the body and the joint sizes of the back and front legs too! |

I can draw a horse in a way where you know what it's meant to be, but it's not very neat lol I'm trying to focus on people right now. Not having much luck... I hate all of these sketches so much lol. Think my digital peeps are a little better than the traditional ones, though. |

Those sketches are incredible!! I'm blown away by your skill!! The detail and shading in the hair is simply fantastic, particularly on that last two sketches. Desperately need anatomy tips from you! And Fleur, your sketch is so good! Is it weird to say I love the general shapes you used to construct the horse, and especially love that front view of the hind leg? (the way you sketched the horse's hock really draws the eye for some reason!) I honestly can't sketch realistic horses without heavily relying on references. But I feel inspired to try a simple digital painting now, after looking at all of your amazing drawings! If anyone has an idea what kind of thing I should try to sketch, feel free to toss some ideas my way! To answer my own question, I typically don't have free time for art. I just scoop it out of my sleep time and study time! I spend maybe 2-3 hours every other day working on manips (I think I overkill how much time I spend per manips, about 9+ hours because I haven't streamlined my workflow yet) |
