Okay and when looking for matches is it better to go off of current strengths and weaknesses or the ones from their first 4-12 weeks?

1st i look at the current then i compare weeks 4-12 in case somewhere along the way they have switched their traits or if now they have already more balanced out training and are in like 20+ training sessions
