Kevat had 5/6 up Wk 9. That's the only exciting thing with KNN here LOL.

I will! Im definitely curious to see if any one boy had a major impact on KNNs as a whole, I know this is a small sample size compared to the population as a whole but I think itll be interesting none the less

So flailing around here. But at least remembered to enter the club show this time.
Matilda's boy was all up on week 5 so I can keep on dreaming about him for now.

Ooh awesome! So far im part of the way through one pedigree, two boys keep showing up across the lines (at least 12 times so far each on just the mother's mothers side- but theres two studs that keep repeating generations earlier that stem from these two multiple times that allow for it to keep showing due to the lack of variety.) Im wondering if these two will show up in other pedigrees as well (im assuming so cause they both seemed like the go-to wild foundation studs of the time and im still keeping them as the foundation studs so far because they appear over multiple generations as well) and that they could be part of the reason KNNs are so weak in Int / Scope.
[here are the two] https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=165011
Australois is definitely weakest in Scope

Pop Rocks- he doesnt seem to be weak in either Int or Scope but he doesnt show up as often as Australois.
There isnt one mare that shows up as often as these two boys but that may change across lines

I hope this makes sense, ive started a blog post about it and itll be edited as I go
Also.. that raffle mare *-* Must save for RO though Edited at September 25, 2018 06:40 PM by RoyalWoodsEquestrian

Wow, hard work there.
I wish we could go back in time and tell the KNN breeders of yesteryear about our huge int/scp issue.
I'm trying to work on it over here but it's hard enough just to breed an EEE KNN without trying for specific strengths.

My EE KNN Boy was down Scp. Still trying to get two in the same. Wanting to see what the Wild EEE Gal has for me. Hopefully either of the two.. or even better... both!

That would be the luckiest thing ever Kass.
I have a wild EEE mare strong in int. Sadly she was trained in XC before I bought her, but after changing to AD she went up in int week 4 and was up in scp by week 5.

I'm trying to do the same, but it's difficult when almost every KNN is weak in Int and/or Scp xb CM seems to have some Scp in her lines, so hopefully that will begin to make a big impact on higher quality KNNs, which will lead to the lower quality mares having stronger scp. Seeing as scp will, hopefully, become less of an issue within the next, say, 5 months, and Jumping in general isn't much of an issue, I'm gonna try to focus more so on bringing up my herd's Int/Dressage first, and Scp second.
