Yeah if you have some it will let you use them under manage your horse on the horses page but if you don't have any you can buy them with real money or buy them from other players like upgrades

Rerolls can change the way the horse looks. It will not change their genetics but it can change between different variations of the genetics they have. Such as bay, there are different types of bay, or the patterns, they change through the different variations of them

Ratings are the tiebreaker, so as our studs get stronger and there is less between them in their bravery scores the more important ratings get. If you remember I think it was 1.5 years ago? that Ink and I had quite a few studs near the top of the BABLB that would switch positions everytime you refreshed the page, that's when ratings was put in as a tie breaker.
