I like both -- I like the club shows, because they benefit the member/club running them, rathen than just throwing money at the game.
So why not do both? Run the giveaway, but run the show without the big prize for the members who want to enter.

Seeing as everyone wants some form of a giveaway, that's what we will do. However, I may run some club shows in the meantime.

To make the giveaway (end of October) a success, I'll start looking for donations now. So anyone who wants to donate broods, straws, horses, items, I'll be wanting them! The club will pay a fair price for them.
