Are you looking for an app to use on a computer or mobile? I don't know many that work particularly well on mobile, but some ones that can get you started: . - Pixlr X/E: Pretty terrible painting abilities, but for an intro app it isn't bad. No download, no mandatory sign-in/sign-up. - Photopea: I personally have never used this, btu I know that Fleur (Star Catcher Estate) used it for a long while and her art is stunning. Otherwise, no comment since I know nothing of it. |
