Yes, EE is homozygous for black so they will always produce a black based foal. However, being Aa or AA (agouti) means that the black will be restricted to to mane, tail and legs so the horse will be bay/brown.
Your girl is Ee so if bred to another Ee or ee horse she could have a red based foal (chestnut) but because she is DD the foal would be red dun. If she passes E and Dun she could produce a grullo, and if she passes E, Agouti, and dun she could produce a bay/brown dun. You can put her genetics and the genetics of any stallion (if you know their genes)in this calculator and it will give you all the possible outcomes:

Dang! No wonder it all seems so confusing to me. Ok, well I am planning on sending her to Khitla this time since she won't have enough training to be correctly matched with anyone. So, bred to him and his aa and her being Aa might she throw a bay or a black? |

If she passes her Aa, the foal will be brown (since she's At which I'm still learning about). If she passes her dun, it will be grullo. If she passes both A and Dun it'll be a brown dun. If she passss her dominant extension, it will be a black foal. So the outcome would be: black, brown, grullo, or brown dun

My fingers are crossed for a brown dun. If she produces well I may have to hit you up for a brood in the future 😉also I just realized because she's DD she would never throw just a black or brown |

CC is negative for creme. Ccr is one copy of creme. Smokey black, smokey grullo. CcrCcr is cremello or perlino. There is way more, but that's my understanding of it |
