ive worked with and trained horses 10+ years prior to owning my own and honestly, its not at all what i thought it would of been ? the stress alone is alot lolll although i got incredibly unlucky with my first horse having to be put down from colic complications a month into owning him (with a clean bill a health from 3 vets :') )

Oh yes. I'd love to either volunteer at a local forever rescue or get riding lessons in the spring. :D

We've always had TBs, and they're great! OTTB can be rough, so maybe look for one thats been properly restarted haha

snow, thats for sure a good start! you could probably look if theirs groups in your area, or start with ridding lessons, can go to different barns for it too ,

I would definitly reccomend leasing before buying if you can find a good opportunity, to give you an idea on owning a live stock animal. Its... a lot xD

Arabs aren't really my favorite, to be honest. But I know one BIG (16.2 I believe) bay Arab gelding and he's the best boy

omg yes, some haflinger mares are absolute menaces xD i my qh mare is red, so i get it xD although shes amazing i gotta say, even when shes in heat lol

oh yes! arabians too! they have such a bad rep in my area, i find them incredibly sensitive but if you get an arabian to bond to you, theyll do just about anything for you, they have such a big heart and try their hardest lol

The April PPP Club Class

Class ideas are suggested frequently, while a lot of them sound fun, they don't always translate well to being PPP/HEE compatible. Suggestions for Western style classes can be hard due to the lack of HEE Western Tack.

Anniversary Edition
Show off your Anniversary Saddle Pads and let's celebrate our time on HEE!
Entry Must Include:
‣ Adult Horse/Pony
Tack Requirements:
‣ Anniversary Saddle Pad
(displays the number of years you've been on HEE)
Decor Requirements:
‣ An Animal Decor Item
Background Requirements:
‣ A Background suited for your entry
Extra Requirements:
‣ Must be a PPP Club Member
