I did use a ref for this one! My mind does tend to mess up proportion when I look at a ref instead of going over it, since it appears smaller or larger than it needs to be xD |

Thats fine, and I'm not saying the proportions look bad, just the shape of the horse needs some more muscle (: The wither, back, and hip, for instance, is too straight, give it a little more curve and a slight bump on the haunches to make him look like he's in the action position he is! Also, here's a quick little leg, hoof, and chest/neck connection tutorial for y'all i whipped up in the last 10 minutes lmao, just let me finish getting images and explanations done. But feel free to ask any questions you have so far while im doing so (: |
