I was recently asked how the prizes for the Eventing Competitions work. Here's an explanation of how the prizes are awarded: The points are awarded to each horse. So the if your horse wins in one of the first events of the month it will gain 4 points, 2nd place = 3 points and so on.
If the same horse wins in the second week of events it will gain another 4 points and show on the Leaderboard with 8 points.
So to be in for a chance to win the club Ebs prize at the end of the month your horse needs to do well every week. The winning horses usually come out between 14 and 20 points at the end of the month. The end of month Ebs prizes are awarded to the top three stables regardless of how many horses they have in on the Leaderboard. The Show Gelding prizes are chosen at random from each stable who has entered the Eventing competitions. One Gelding prize for each discipline. So if you enter any of the Dressage events you get one chance to win, if you enter all three disciplines you get three chances to win. The Gelding prizes are awarded by stable, not by how many horses you enter. |

Thank you very much Cloud Peak, that is so nice to hear. :) I Enjoy managing the club even if I do run a little late at times! However I wouldn't be able to do it without a lot of help from PK and the other officers as well as the continued support and donations from our members who are really the ones who keep the club active. So I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank all the officers and members for their continued support. <3 Pk, thank you for all your hard work on the contests and for all the support you give me.
