Hi everyone! I'm creating this thread for current and potential members of the HEAR club to get to know each other and to participate in roleplaying challenges and events. I will be making Boulder Creek a new moderator for the club and will be taking applications for a second one. I would love to see more activity in this club and be able to have more prizes available. Please reach out to me with any suggestions or things you want to see happen in this club. To start us off I wanted to do some polls to figure out what you all like to roleplay! I can't find the club chat unless this is it... Anyway this my answer: 1. I'm a Casual, Novice that can't keep up with whom I'm currently RPing with. 2. My characters are usually horses and age wise they are generally 2 to 5 years of age I've yet to step into the world of an elderly character. Also they are generally Mares/Fillys. 3. As far as favorite genre goes I've been doing mostly animals. I find it easier to write out a character's back story. I would be interested in doing others! Just know that I probably would have a hard time adjusting to a new to me way of writing. 4. As far as most important part of the rp goes I would say the character and have a good backstory that you can play around with. 5. The things I value are characters, the details of the story, and communication between everyone involved. 6. I've been role-playing for about a month. (the Character, the Plot, the Scene, etc.) Personally, I find the interactions the most important, alongside the characters. Interactions, characters, and a plot is what makes makes a RP a RP. The interactions are definitely very important in a RP, because what would a RP be without interactions? It would be more like an extremely boring book. That's just my opinion though. - What do you value the most in rp writing? 1. Semi Literate, It depends on my interest in the roleplay and if I can add as many details as possible but for a normal roleplay 50-150, and for one Im interested in can range up to 500.
2. Usually around 16-40 Nothing younger or older
3. Supernatural! <3

5. Magic/superpowers

7. The plot, I think its important for everything to bend around to its orginal plot idea smoothly.

Type of roleplayer: Adavanced...? Usually 50 - 300 words, but when I get inspiration I can get up to around 500. - Age Range: 18-25 usually, but I have a new character I'm trying out that is 35-40 for humans. For horses 3-10 - Favorite Genre: Romance... supernatural... - Animals: Wolves, horses, deer - Superpowers/Aliens/School/Daily/Historical: Magic, Superpowers or Historical - Parents: Human... - Most Important Aspect: Longer replies, interesting replies, character building, character interaction, plot - How Long Have I Been Rping: Ehhh... a couple months, but I've done a LOT of roleplays in that time |

- What type of RPer are you?: Depending on the day I can do almost anything. But after having been so far away from forum/dm rps, my word count has seriously suffered, so I tend to stick in the casual spot!
- What Age Range are your characters typically?: 16-1000 years old. I do love myself a good immortal lmao.
- Favorite RP Genre?: Romance with fantasy and supernatural/paranormal elements!
- What Animals do you like to RP?: Dragons are my favorite animal to roleplay, but I tend to be in human rps the most

- Most important aspect of an RP? (the Character, the Plot, the Scene, etc.): The character and the plot. I have to fall in love with the characters and the plot or else I tend to accidentally disappear
- What do you value the most in rp writing? (characters, details, written length, realism, communication, etc.): The characters, they are what brings the story to life, and who I fall for the fastest so to speak; lol

- What Age Range are your characters typically?: It depends on the situation but usually 16-21 or 25yrs old for humans and for animals it depends as they age differently.
- Favorite RP Genre?: Animal, supernatural, sometimes romance, mystery, rouges (e.g If a country/place turned into a dystopian like time, there would be those people who go against it and try stop it), villains.
- What Animals do you like to RP?: Horse, felines, wolf, buck, bunny (hare), fox, wild.
- Magic/Superpowers: I always love this, especial shapeshifters and hybrids. Aliens/Space People: Not a fan. School Life: Yes but only when needed for the RP, not focused on or based in school. Daily Life: If it's interesting and not just a normal persons day. Historical: That depends
- Godly Parents?: no. Who's Your Daddy/Mommy?: Usually don't have one, but adopting is ok. - (List of Gods/Mythologies/Religions, or Elements: Not really sure what this question is asking but I'm not religious, I don't do gods, maybe myths depending on the RP. For elements, weather, fire, earth, light/shadow control, ice.
- Most important aspect of an RP?: Storyline, realistic to the RP (acting, reactions), characters, enjoyable.
- What do you value the most in rp writing?: Character descriptions/story, realistic to RP, immersiveness, writing style.
- How long have you been rping?: Since I was small (6-8yrs old)(e.g. Jumping over logs pretending to be horses with my friends) and started online with my ipad around 13yrs old. Then to my current age (17-19yrs old)( I love using c. ai and Chai and warrior cats on roblox when I was younger.) I don’t want to say my age but its one of the three. So 6yrs IRL, 4-5 online so in all 10-11yrs but the recet 4 have been proper RPing (Mostly online). |
