No other fantasy markings other than that. Pose: up to you! Preferably standing or something. Background: up to you! Text: "Toxic" in whatever font/colour suits. I'm thinking a luminescent green theme so maybe glowish looking if it goes? Extras: maybe a jar of glowing looking bright green liquid/slime. This can be anywhere, at her feet, on something in the background, hanging from her mouth (like my Avi), in a little jar attached to a chain around her neck.
