I would love an horse avy for my new RP boi, Oogie Boogie!

If able, I'd love for him to look just like image above, color/markings and I would love for him to have One Brown eye, and the other eye be chromatic, half blue/half green. I sorta want maybe a magic looking background to fit his name? (sorta named him from Nightmare before christmas XD) or whatever you can do if fine. Would love from him to face maybe how he dose in his HEE pic (body wise) but have his face turned where it's like he'd be looking towards me, if that makes sense? and for some reason, I picture him holding a black hat in his mouth lol. But, Otherwise you have free reign on anything else or free reign on anything you want really, long as his body color/markings and eyes are how I'd like :D<3
