Maybe on a dirt road with sunflowers on each side. Maybe a little sideways with her head around to where she is looking straight on. Maybe a sunflower on her hindquarter (or not). If you feel like it sunflowers braided in her hair would be awesome.

BUUUT! That is just an idea. You could put her in an ocean for all I care <3 I have to many ideas. cause now I'm thinking ocean.... I'm sorry lol.
(Her on an amazing beach with her flipping her mane with water droplets everywhere.)
