@ellie, what I do is to train in E and show all the geldings I breed. I start showing when they go up at least two bars in one discipline. When they level up to E2, I check how many points they've gathered, and I sell or FR all those that are under ten points. Now I am culling at level 3, also.

well you can get ca couple thousand of of releasing horses into the wild if they are grown so that would give you a good start

My goals right now are to get rid of horses that are dragging me down and to earn money. I am essentially resetting without actually resetting since I do have some decent horses. So I am currently trying to keep up with training them every week, but I can't tell if they will show well. If that makes sense. I am not new to the game, but I am finally starting to take it a little more seriously than I have in the past.

I will be editing the Ranch layout sketch sometime soon and adding another barn to accomodate more Mares and Geldings if need be. Only if the Stallion barn is full will Geldings be boarded in a mare barn

Edit; Might instead just extend the barns and give them a few more stalls.

Sorry it took me a minute to get an intro post up.

I'm up for a timeskip or whatever everyone else is interested in.
My next reply would be about getting Freddie's horses settled in - it probably won't be very interactive and could easily be a text wall. I could always summarize it and move on to after the time skip.

Does anyone want to set up relationships with Freddie? Like possible friends or what not? Potential riding buddies? - for training or trail rides?

Cora might be up for doing Trail rides with Freddie! :D

My plans so far are Bethany buying a new horse (I did make her a Semi-NPC but i didn't wanna create another person to add a new horse.)

I planned on having Cora try to work with the new horse in handling and maybe trying to get her under saddle but first i am gonna have her explore the trails with Maddox.

Not doing much with Ruth & Cinder just letting them settle in

If Anyone would like to make it easier for your character to settle in without having to wait for a response from Bethany you could say she sent you an Email with your horses assigned Barn/Stall and you could meet up with her later.

For now I'm going to skip the roleplay to later that evening, Once everyone is satisfied with that time skip we can move to the next day:).
