So, story time. My landlord told my mom, when we first moved in, to place money in his direct bank account each month, for the water bill, and trash bill. He raised the rent once, since we moved in. Well, one morning, about a month ago, we had no water, we figured it was a pipe problem, so my mom called the water company.

He hadn't paid the bill in SIX months. My mom gave him he money for it. So, they went to court. The judge ordered the landlord to turn it back on, and he's refused. So, we have no water, no trashcan, since he stopped paying that bill too.

Now, he wants 2000 from my mom, and she said no. So, the city condemned the house, and gave us two days.
