| Do whatever makes you happy and feel better, even if it’s sleeping in and laying in bed a day then the next day you go to that museum the a brewery and stop for a little session at the nook, simple things to recharge |

| I’ll tell you that even if it’s just sitting there relaxing or watching tv or looking at the lake - that’s what Norma people do. Not everyone has a list planned out and even those that do often go off of it |

| Athena, there’s always fishing if you enjoy that (what I always do). Even just relaxing somewhere other than home is often good for mental health <3 |

| Also I like checking out breweries even if I’m not buying anything. I did buy my very favorite long sleeve shirt at one back in November on vacation though - it has a Morgan Wallen reference and the brewery name on it. Never know what neat things you’ll find |
