| the other party would be liable for covering any damage, but that's also something between your own insurance and theirs, depending on coverage and potential other factors |

| Likely it would just either have to be paid out of pocket to be repaired or you file against your policy. |

| That would probably have to be something that would have to be fought out between insurance companies. Sounds like both parties are at fault. Yeah, they didn't plow, but you entered their driveway. If they pulled you out, you would have had to give them OK to do it. Etc |

| I have a specific question I'm curious about with insurance If someone doesn't plow their driveway in winter so that I get stuck when pulling in to buy from their farm stand & they wreck my car pulling it out What happens then? Is there anything to do? I have minimum insurance but I don't know the state of the other party They did not end up wrecking my car they where not careful however but all the rest is from a real incident |

| MA is Massachusetts. They are very different than other states, so my job has a specific team to handle those policies. |
