Ap, what's your first language if you don't mind me asking? I'm a polyglot aka a massive language nerd and I saw you said English is your second language. Your English is really very good.

My first language is French, and I speak it about as well as I speak English :) Speech isn't a thing I'm very good at Avenoir Acres said: Ap, what's your first language if you don't mind me asking? Ooh! Fancy! Unfortunately not a fan of French though. It was too hard for me to get the pronunciation, so I learned German. Not unusual though, about the speech. It's the last thing most people pick up. I know three languages alongside my German and speech has always been the hardest part for me. There's just something about putting words together, especially in the cultural method that makes it really hard.

Ah yes reminds me of many languages when translating. It literally makes no sense as it's backwards

Also, finally got my Louis Sign-up done, so I'll start focusing on writing the next post, unless Tangle gets there first ;)

I honestly love the diversity of every character. Mine are a bit basic but this is the first time I've done anything like this :)

It is, isn't it? In Russian, you can literally skip every single pronoun and the sentence works, but if I speak like that to someone who is learning it, they struggle. Ironically, that was also something I really struggled with as a child.

I'm currently learning German, and I absolutely adore it...other than my eternal fear of articles xD

Articles? That's kind of an unusual one. Everyone else around me used to complain about adjective/noun endings and all that. Ap, that is what makes this RP so much fun! Louis should be a supporting character for Arlette, but I feel like I need to bring him out with his own arc.
