It means the rider has leveled up before the horse did and the training advantage actually comes from the horse training with a rider which is higher than its own level. When the numbers are red it's the other way round: the horse leveled but the rider didn't and therefore it's time to reassign it toa higher rider so it can learn something from training again.

I think Aria and Liz are currently on hiatus from RP, so they can be taken off the list of characters. I'll keep Jackson in case Aspen still wants to try a Jeather plot. Dash I'm keeping around cause there's plot potential with both Jay and Astrid. And then Felix is hopping in.
