| Granny exactly. And he was complaining about how we dont report our tips so you'd think he'd have mentioned it than. I said I'd report my tips when I start getting more than $10 a day in tips. Usually its like $5 which sucks. Peiple here just dont tip because its a retired comuntity and farming town. No one has money. Plus his prices are gouging |

| Yeah, I mean it comes as standard here - you definitely get a better deal if you work somewhere decent here too. They normally give you more annual leave for more years of service, in my experience. Which does add up! |

| In the US you CAN get time off and maternity leave. Unfortunately it just depends on if the company you work for offers it. |

| Yeah, at least the UK does decent annual leave for most people. Even though cost of living is awful over here, too… least we get maternity and time off work |
