| Dont get me wrong, I love music. I listen to it all the time but with my adhd sometimes ive highly overstimulated and need down time to turn off all the noise and people and need quiet or else I get overwhelmed and frustrated because theres too much overloading me |

| @luna I agree. I'm not a morning person. I need time and quiet to process the day right. And if ya waked up to something like a tresspassing ATV or the township cutting trees in the yard down by the road... its terrible! |
