@QualitySH becareful using cold water yes it cools the burn down and relaxes it, but anything cold especially cold water brings extra blood to the hands or any area of the body, and with extra blood near the burn that's how it can create blood blisters and blood bubble sockets (underneath the burn/skin the blood bubbles)

You'll want to cover it with nonstick gauze, especially if you get blisters. It'll help keep them clean if they burst.

repeat this until it goes away! your burn seems like it would take about 4 days to clear up from any pain as long as you follow what I said- avoid any rubbing or hitting it on anything

QualitySH, lightly dap the burn with a cool, wet rag. then apply some vaseline or aquaphor (preferably vaseline) on top of it, with a piece of gauze and medical tape over it. if you dont have gauze to keep it clean and away from rubbing, a big bandaid will work. use gauze because it allows more breathing to the wound than a bandaid
