| @Red Its not horrible, it was $98 per snake for a cheak up and the antibiotics for juju were only 40ish bucks so not terrible considering the drive Were i live is the middle of nowhere which makes it difficult to find anything snake related lol so I have to get creative XD The Vet I go it is awesome though, really sweet and helped make things affordable when juju was sick |

| Here we have the unusual pet vets. They specialise in reptiles, birds, rats, Guinea pigs ect but they’re significantly more expensive than regular vets. I think it was $200 just for a consult with them, my vet only charges $99 |

| Gren Wow that’s so far! I struggle to find vets that can treat my Guinea pigs so I couldn’t imagine either snakes 💀 |

| I’m the same when I get new piggies. Especially to make sure they don’t have anything that could spread to my other girls |

| @Red Yes! Very hard since most exotic vets around me are either bird specific, small exotic mammals only or just not reptile trained |

| I just like taking all new snakes for a check up regardless incase theres a chance im bringing home that escaped my eye from the beginning |

| @Red Yes and no? Solomon is just going to get a lookover since I got him from a guy who was rehoming him and a ball python I got from a expo, the Ball Python is just showing some odd behavior + is thinner then I'd like so im just making sure he does have internal issues |
